Competition Guidelines
All submissions must be original work created by the participant. Edited images are allowed provided the editing is performed by the entrant. Photos must adhere to the theme of the current competition cycle. Any images containing offensive or inappropriate content will be disqualified. Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format and cannot exceed 5 MB in size. Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any third-party content used in their images.
Entries must be submitted by the announced deadline; late submissions will not be accepted. Each participant may submit up to three photos across different categories. Judges will evaluate images based on creativity, technical quality, composition, and adherence to the theme. Winners will be announced at the end of the competition, and entries may be used in future club publications with photographer credit.
